鈼廤orking principle of chain bucket dredger
The working principle of the chain bucket dredger is to put the lower end of the bucket bridge into a certain depth under the water and contact the dredged soil layer. Then, driven by the upper guide wheel, the bucket chain operates continuously to drive the bucket mud on the bucket chain, load it after dredging, and then lift it out of the water with the rotation of the bucket chain, and transmit it to the top of the tower. After changing the direction through the upper guide wheel, the sediment in the bucket is poured into the mud well in the bucket tower under its own gravity. The sediment is discharged from the outboard of the dredger through the chute on both sides.

Horizontal excavation method
1. When the water conditions in the construction area are good and the dredger is not limited by the excavation width and edge water depth, the oblique cross excavation method should be used for construction.
2. When the trench is narrow and the depth of the trench is less than the draft of the dredger, the fan-shaped cross excavation method should be used for construction

Layered construction
1. When the mud layer in the dredging area is too thick, for loose and soft soil, the thickness of the mud layer exceeds 2-3 times of the bucket height, and for fine sand and hard soil, and the thickness of the mud layer exceeds 1-2 times of the bucket height, it should be excavated in layers. The thickness of the layer is generally 1~2 times of the bucket height, which can be constructed according to the soil quality
Downstream and countercurrent construction
The chain bucket dredger is suitable for countercurrent construction. Only when the construction conditions are limited or there is a rising and falling tide can downstream construction be adopted. During downstream construction, the main anchor cable at the stern of the ship should be used to control the forward movement of the ship
