What age must a minor be to fly on Spirit Airlines unaccompanied? Spirit Airlines is aware of your worries over your youngster. This is the reason the airline didn't include an extended agreements section, particularly for flights and landing procedures for children. Children between the ages of 5 and 14 should fly as unaccompanied minors on Spirit Airlines and not with an adult who is older than 15 years old. Unaccompanied minors are only allowed on nonstop flights that don't need changing aircraft or flight numbers.
